Blogging and changing poopy diapers at the speed of light.
How cute! They look ... er ... cuddly.I'd hate to be on the business end of those teeth, though!
ROTFLOL!Yes, they also look intimidating. :)But they are total sweeties, and can be complete goofballs. :)Yes, if my husband and I were threatened, they would be a force to be reckoned with. I'd have to say the reverse would be true, as well. I don't feel like we've truly earned their loyalty, but they've definitely earned ours. :)We are so glad to be able to have them in our lives! Even if they do have a propensity to get skunked. ;)I get on the business end of the teeth all the time. I have this game I play with them that I call "Snarly-Bite". Basically, I grab their snout. They try to move away, and try to mouth my hand. When they mouth it, I grab their lower jaw. They pull back, I let go, and we do it all over again.Sometimes I grab their tails, and they turn around to try to mouth me then. They know we're just playing. They never try to actually bite me. They'll try to mouth my hand, but they never use any pressure.Ellie has taken it a little further. Hey, if I'm allowed to put my paw in her face, then surely she's allowed to put her paw in my face!! ;) Thankfully, I wear glasses! And she doesn't paw my face often enough for it to be a real problem. [And I've learned to dodge!]Boss is 90+ pounds.Ellie hovers close to 70.Boss can stand on his hind legs, put his front paws on my shoulders, and stare at me nose to nose! Of course, I'm only 5 feet tall, but still!!!This is a favorite trick I like to show people who haven't met our dogs yet. "Wow, if Boss were bipedal, he'd be almost as tall as most people!" :)
they truly are beautiful...and you can tell they are very well loved...ciao...
I was just gonna ask how much Boss weighs but saw you wrote it in a comment above. He looks bigger than 90 pounds.
